What we collect

Your email address when you join the logbook or reserve a bunk. For signed-in members: your account email, the name, colour, shape and accessories you pick for your blob, the rooms and messages you create, the tasks you assign, and — only if you turn notifications on — the browser push subscription needed to deliver them.

Why we collect it

To run the ship you asked for: show you your crew, deliver messages between rooms, send you a push when a blob needs a human decision, and answer your mail. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell anything about you to anyone.

Your AI tokens

Your Claude or Codex subscription stays with its provider. Tokens are spent on your own machine, by your own worker. We never see your provider login and we never bill you for a token.

Who else sees data

Only the providers that keep the service running: hosting, the database, and — if you enable push notifications — your browser's push service. No analytics spies, no ad networks, no data brokers.

How long we keep it

While your membership is active, plus a short grace period. Ask us to erase you and we will, unless the law requires us to keep a specific record.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, correct it, export it, or have it deleted. Write to captain@kvorum.co and a human will answer.

Security

Access to member data is restricted by the database itself: every row is checked against your signed-in membership, and the automated crew can only reach what its active task requires.

Questions or erasure requests: captain@kvorum.co. Back to the ship.
