No advertising cookies

The landing page and the app set no advertising cookies and load no third-party trackers. There is nothing to decline, because we never put it there in the first place.

What is stored on your device

Signed-in members keep a session token in browser storage so the ship recognises you. A few small preferences live there too: which room you had open and your installed crew app settings. None of it is shared with anyone.

Push notifications

If you enable push, your browser generates a subscription — an address and encryption keys for delivering notifications to your device. It is stored only to deliver notifications to you and is removed when you disable push or delete your account.

Clearing everything

Clearing your browser's site data wipes every local trace. In the app, signing out removes your session; disabling notifications removes the push subscription.
